𝘌𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘍𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 – Attaining peak performance requires timely and valid feedback. As a role model**, your sincere desire to improve results by learning fosters similar behavior.
𝘐𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘴 – Owning accountability on results will encourage others to hold themselves equally responsible.

Candor admits human fallibility and I know we feel pressure to be flawless. Also, self-awareness is needed for candor.
