Based on his background working with technology founders, leading B2B startups that have tech company clients, and partnering with fractional CTOs, Benjamin shares his insights on the foundation a startup must have before it's time to start thinking of scaling, the common mistakes of leaders, and the characteristics of a successful founder.
He also talks about how to avoid burnout and be resilient, gives an example of a company that did it all right, and shares his thoughts on whether every startup needs funding to grow.
To that last point, a fundraise for the startup journey is compared to a wedding for a marriage (starting at 15:50):
